Windows 10: About auto pressing of j/7 key automatically while laptop start

When I start my laptop having window 10, it start along with autopressing of j/7 key itself with out physical touch.when i try to enter the pin to sign in my laptop the j/7 key use to be alway on auto pressing mode and doesnt let me to write the pin. But during the auto pressing of j/7 when I press a rignt arrow key then the autopressing of key stop.Why this is happening in my laptop please give the answer.....

Thanks for your replay. I have scanned my pc with windows defender and avast. There was no malware found.

Its the arrow keys which is/are being auto pressed. I cant figure out which one but when I write something and select the whole text, the text cursor moves back to the starting point on its own. I think its probably the up arrow or left arrow. Although the
cursor works normally when I just type.

I forgot to mention that the problem was occurring almost always before I disconnected laptop built in keyboard. There was several keys: ctrl, i, j, 2, F7 which were being auto pressed. But now it happens less than before and the keys are only one/two of
the arrow keys. But its very annoying and disrupts my work.

Hoping to have a solution.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
