Windows 10: About download error -0x800f0900 coming with new update in 2022-11 with cumulative update

Hello everyone , i have this problme in my laptop coming with new update of 2022-11 cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5,4.8 and 4.8.1 for windows 10 version 21H1 for x64 kb5020801 , error 0x800f0900 , i try to slove it with many solution but no result , i try troubleshoot , restart windows update service but no result . so please help me to fix this problme and this some picture of problme . Thank you

Windows update fails with Error 0x800f0900

I tried the clean boot, but still in vain...... (same error code: Install error - 0x800f0900)

I discovered there is another 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64- based Ststems (KB5016691) is avaliable.

However, it also stated, We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80248007)

What should I do next?

 

Fails to install the 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5018418)

2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5018418) is downloaded without any error but once it proceeds to install, at about 69% the following error message comes.

Install error - 0x800700e1

2022-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8, and 4.8.1 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5018546) downloaded and installed successfully without any issue. Only cumulative updates for Windows 11 keep having issues while installing updates.

Please help.

Unable to install 2022-11 Cumulative Update (KB5019980)

A manifest file is missing from the system, causing the error 0x8007002 (ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).

You can download the missing manifest from here. Save the archive and extract the manifest file to your desktop.

Download AdvancedRun (from Nirsoft.net) and start CMD.exe as TrustedInstaller (Instructions are here)

In the TrustedInstaller Command Prompt, run:

• copy "%userprofile%\desktop\amd64*.manifest" "C:\Windows\WinSxS\Manifests\"
  

Or if you've redirected Desktop to OneDrive, type:

• copy "%userprofile%\OneDrive\desktop\amd64*.manifest" "C:\Windows\WinSxS\Manifests\"
  

Then, type:

• exit
  

Re-run the Cumulative Update installer. If you get any errors again, please upload the updated CBS log.
