Windows 10: About installing Msc Liscensing for Adams

I am facing problem with installing msc_licensing_11.13.3_windows64.exe file though I was performing a day earlier. I just wanted to upgrade the version and uninstalled 2018 version to download 2019 one and got the problem. First I used the same MSC licensing file which I installed for 2018 file but later the main program was not running I tried to uninstall the former one and re install another but it is not installing.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
