Windows 10: Absolutely NOTHING on my computer works

Ok so I downloaded a game overnight on my laptop Acer Predator Helios 300. I had my laptop on sleep and when I woke it up in the morning everything was working fine. I then went to go clean something and when I came back and powered on my computer, windows 10 was literally broken. I can start it up via button and only button, and I can login, but the login takes at least 10 minutes to load, and then after that everything is gone. No applications, nothing on the taskbar, it doesn’t even show my battery or my wifi. I can’t open the little windows bar. I can do literally nothing. If there is help don’t say go to task manager or any of that because I can’t. To be simple literally all I can do is start my computer, login, and then switch it off. That’s it. It doesn’t even display an updated clock. I have to spam click the screen and it flashes and then the clock changes. Someone please help, I couldn’t find anyone else with this issue.

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Sound works fine only issue with me is underscan when connecting to my tv.
