Windows 10: Accent Color not working with 23H2

Ever since installing "2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5037771" on 5/14/24, the ability to change the accent color for "title bars" and "windows borders" is not working. The colors default to some default light blue. I've had this color changed to "Pale Red" for a long time. The install of 23H2 has removed this. I checked settings->Personalization->Colors"Mode : LightTransparency : OffAccent Color : ManualShow accent color on Start and Taskbar : greyed out and set to offShow accent color on bars .... : OnI've tried changing the values for

2. Select a default Windows theme and check if the issue persists.
   
3. If the default themes work correctly, you can try creating a new custom theme with the desired accent color.

1. Go to "Settings" > "Personalization" > "Colors."
   
2. Toggle off "Automatically pick an accent color from my background."
   
3. Choose a specific color for your accent color.
   
4. Restart your computer and check if the title bar colors are correct.

1. Open Registry Editor by pressing Win + R, typing regedit and pressing Enter.
   
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM
   
3. Check if there's a DWORD value named AccentColorInactive If not, create it and set its value to the same as AccentColor
   
4. Restart your computer.

accent color

I have all the colors listed above. The shade of red is missing from above accent colors and is also missing from mine. I used to have the shade of red and like to get it back. I like to know how to update the driver of accent color in window 10.
