Windows 10: Access denied being an administrator

So,

Yesterday I did a fresh install of windows 10 as I connected my SSD so now I have my old HDD as a disk to just use to put regular stuff in and my OS on the SSD to boot up fast etc. Now, I tried to install the realtek drivers to disable the front jack panel detection as it doesnt work anymore so I went to install them but the installer gave me an error saying:"Program files is set to read only" so I went to program files and tried to uncheck read only. I unchecked it and it gives me tons of errors saying access is denied. So I went to "security", advanced and changed the owner to "everyone". When I press "apply" it gives me another error saying "error applying security information to c:/windows defender" etc. When I then go to security it shows me I (everyone) has full control. But when I try to go back to disable read-only it says a bunch of paths saying "access is denied" and gives me "ignore, ignore all, try again or cancel options as seen in the screenshot.

I cant disable the "read only" anymore even when I have permission, and yes, my account is an "Administrator". Why is it denying access even tho I have full control and im an administrator.



Now im not able to use my headphones either and cant hear a damn thing.

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.

Can't send screen shot. Entering Command prompt(admin) get "Do you want this app..." box with NO as the only choice. I have tried everything I've found on the net to enable the built in administrative account to no avail. Running Win10 OS build: 16299.125.

Step 1: Follow the steps toDisable Built-in administrator.

• • Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
    
  • Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
    Command Prompt.
  • Type the following command and hit Enter:
  • net user administrator /active: no (Check for the spaces)
    

Restart the computer and check with the status of this issue.
