Windows 10: Access denied to Fonts folder

I am able to access my Fonts folder in Windows, but when I tried to open it to add a font to an online photo editor, Pixlr, it denied access and said I needed permission from the admin. I am the admin, and I already have access to all my folders.


There is no security tab on the folder, so I can't make any changes to the security settings.


What is the problem, and is there any possible way to fix it?

To get your downloaded fonts on the list of fonts for Windows 10, kindly follow the steps below:

• Open the Fonts folder by typing fonts on Cortana's search field and press Enter.
• While the Fonts folder is open, access the folder where your downloaded font is stored.
• Now that both folders are open, drag and drop your downloaded font from the downloads folder to the Fonts folder.
