Windows 10: Access to DOD Webmail OWA

Discus and support Access to DOD Webmail OWA in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have new device and I cannot access https://web.mail.mil I can access other sites requiring smart card log on; but the web.mail.mil will not work....     Access to DOD Webmail OWA


    I have new device and I cannot access https://web.mail.mil


    I can access other sites requiring smart card log on; but the web.mail.mil will not work. I have tried the standard option of changing the internet options and TSL settings.


    I have tied in IE, EDGE and Firefox

    Can’t connect securely to this page
    This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.


    Windows 10 Pro

    ARM64

    Unable to connect to DOD enterprise webmail

    I have a problem with connecting to DOD enterprise webmail because I keep receiving an error message:
    "This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner." I resetted IE settings, checked TLS, reinstalled DOD certificates. It is possible for me to
    get access to other DOD sites and I can access this particular site from the computer with the same hardware on Windows 10

    DoD OWA no longer works with IE version 11.0.42 (update KB4018271)

    When I log into my OWA account I'm no longer able to reply to any emails. When I click on reply, it opens a response window. My signature block has been removed. When I click on 'SEND', a draft is saved. However, I'm unable to send the message.

    In addition, when opening an encrypted email, the contents of the email are not displayed.

    The only solution I've found has been to uninstall update KB4018271.

    This affects all DoD users accessing OWA from a personal computer.

    This problem began occurring with the update on March 14, 2017.

    What is the plan to fix this problem?

    My name is Sarah Kong and I am an independent adviser that is here to try and help you with your issue.

    I often teach DOD for USA and Canada and both can not access email from outside the office.

    You might want to check with your IT department to see if you can access email from a public connection, chances are you can not.
