Windows 10: Accessing files in synced folders takes forever OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox

Hi all,I´m using Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise - 10.0.19045 Build 19045 on a Latitude 5420 Laptop. I have installed 3 services for syncing files: OneDrive, iCloud an Dropbox.For some weeks now, accessing files in those synced folders via Explorer or Total Commander takes forever 30s - some minutes:I can open a synced folder without problemsIf double-click a file, for OneDrive it takes 1 min to open for Dropbox it takes 30 s to openfor iCloud it takes > 2 minIf I right-click a file, for OneDrive it takes 3 min to open the context menufor Dropbox it takes 30 s to open the context menuIf I

File Explorer stopped showing the separate folders for OneDrive, Dropbox, and iCloud Drive in the left panel.

After I upgraded to Win 10 from 8.1, File Explorer stopped showing the separate folders for OneDrive, Dropbox, and iCloud Drive in the left panel with Quick Access and This PC. DropBox and iCloud Drive do show up in Quick Access with pins.

How do I get them all back as individual folders, separate from Quick Access, that I can expand as usual for directories? At this point, I can't get to my OneDrive files and folders.

Dropbox Sync Issue

Hi, I had installed dropbox on my laptop and it had been syncing my folders correctly. But ever since I went home and came back, it's been not synchronizing anything that I change in the folder, and I didn't know what to do. I checked my firewall settings, disabled it, went to dropbox unlinked and relinked my laptop, reinstalled dropbox multiple times, even created a different account on my other email address but it still didn't work. It was still not syncing the folder at all. So I went to my program files folder and it's been recording this error consistently one after the other:

Dropbox folder question

before when I install dropbox there's this icon below in the desktop which allows me in GMAIL to attach files inside the dropbox from desktop. (there were that icon and also the dropbox.exe icon)

I've just reinstalled windows and the dropbox folder is gone but the dropbox.exe is still there. When I try to attach files from the dropbox in GMAIL, I cant, because if I try to open the dropbox, GMAIL would just attach the whole .exe file
