Windows 10: Accidentally disabled all Microsoft services in msconfig

I accidentally disabled all Microsoft services in msconfig. Now whenever I start my PC, I cannot use PIN to sign in. I have a guest account but it is not admin so it can't do anything. I've tried startup repair and it says I need to log into my Microsoft account but when I enter the password, it says is incorrect. I've checked many many times, even changing my account password on another computer but it still says incorrect. I install media tool on USB drive but I cannot boot it through SHIFT+RESTART and then boot from USB/disc, all it does is restart the computer, it does not boot from USB drive and yes it has 8gb space and was installed properly. I've tried using command prompt and entering the command D: where Windows is installed but all it says is that the drive is 'not ready'. I've now run out of troubleshooting solutions. I've searched all over the net for a solution to this and could not find one. So now I ask if there is anyone from MC community who knows how to solve this issue. Any help/support will be greatly appreciated.

Msconfig services disabled

I accidentally disabled all msconfig services,all appears are the internet icon wich is not connected to the internet,ease of access and power icon. I cant log in to the window that is already been disabled please help me on how to enable all the msconfig
services that i accidentally disabled.

Accidentally disabled all msconfig services in windows 10. OS wont come up, only a blank screen. Cant go to safe mode with f8. Got windows 10 from upgrade, no cd.

 

Msconfig - which Microsoft services to disable?


As the title really, have any of you disabled Microsoft services in Msconfig. If so, which ones?
