Windows 10: Account Picture Error

Discus and support Account Picture Error in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; I've been trying to change my user account photo but every time I do, it give me an error message.     "Account Picture Error - Setting the account picture has failed. Please try again."

    I have the same issue on my Desktop, I have tried all the first suggesting, I even created a new account... still doesn't work for me.

    I, too am having this issue. I tried all the above solutions and still have the issue. The only difference in my results from VeraH927 is that I received no error messages from the scans. I received messages that no errors were found. I still cannot
    assign a picture to my account.

    Account Picture Error

    Is this a Microsoft account or local account?

    If it's a Microsoft account (you log in with an email address), go to Sign In and log in. Change your picture from there. It should update your Windows account picture though it might not be immediate.
