    Account Reset


    I don't know if this is a Windows issue or an Outlook issue but yesterday when my employee tried to open outlook, her account was gone. All the data had to be reinstalled. Her profile was there in the computer but for some reason Outlook didn't find it and we had to reinstall it. I don't know if that was due to an update or something but other accounts on the same machine did not have the same problem.It's a Windows 10 Pro, version 21H1.
