Windows 10: Account was suspended and there's no way to return it back by the Microsoft help

1. When I try to log in with my "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" Microsoft account, it says that my account was suspended (junk mail or smth). I didn't use it for some time.

2. Next step: "Enter your phone number, and we'll send you a security code" - Okay!

3. I enter my number, click on "Send code" and receive the message: "Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow."


This happens every time and every day I try to do once a day. I tried to call to solve the problem. Spend more than 40 minutes just clicking different digits (it was useful anyway), but the operator finally answered and directed me to another department in which I received the information, that this error happens because I don't have a phone number, that is linked to this Microsoft account. So I got the wrong message when I try to get the code.


How can restore my account without the advice to create a new account?

Cause this is my official email address at my work and I want it back.

Set Core/Mem Settings after return from suspend mode

thanks for this great Tool. There is one more suggestion:

If the system returns from suspend mode, the Core/Mem settings are not set by the AtiTool. So you have to set the frequencies manually every time. It would be great to have an option like for the system reboot, that AtiTool sets the frequencies to a given value.

An alternative would be if the frequencies could be set by command line parameters, so I could launch AtiTool after return from suspend automatically.

To react after return from suspend you could implement a handler for the WM_POWERBROADCAST message and test wparam for PBT_APMRESUMESUSPEND.

My Outlook.com experienced both yesterdy. I did nothing wrong, have checked for malware and followed all the steps to be normal. I was told I was unblocked then when I sent an email it said I am suspended. After an hour on the phone, to no avail, I tried this am and after verifying I was normalized.
Someone was trying to access my account was the message that popped up.

Has this happened to you and why does this happen if you follow the rules?
What can I do to prevent this? I read about 2 step verification but this does not seem to help in this situation.
