    Under Settings->Accounts->Your email and accounts
    at my email account it says: "Attention required"

    I am using Outlook 2013 and outlook.com (pop/smtp)
    I have been using the Outlook app, but replaced it with K9 Mail and removed the app from my tablet (imap-mail.outlook.com)

    What am I going to mess up here when clicking [Manage] and [Save]
    Puzzled as to what should be synchronized: everything is running fine now...

    Really Need Help!!!!!

    Go to Settings>email + accounts. Is your Microsoft account in that list? If so, does it say attention required?

    If it says attention required, tap it and post the FULL error message and code here.

    Lumia 520, emails and accounts 'attention required'

    I had tried to lock on to my account several times with a wrong password till it was blocked. I managed to to unblock and subsequently changed my primary alias , but everytime I try upload anything from store I receive a notification that Microsoft service
    is unavailable?

    I have had that error when adding an email account which has 2-step authentication, I required an app specific password, once entered the error message disappeared.
