Windows 10: Accuweather App not Downloading

My Accuweather app on my HP Omen appeared to be broken and wouldn't open. I wanted to try uninstalling and reinstalling it. I uninstalled it, but now I'm in the Microsoft Store trying to reinstall it. I punched the button to install it. But when I look at the download window, It appears to be trying to download the HP Omen Command Center, not the Accuweather app. It has been sitting there for a couple of hours trying to download it.


My HP Omen Command Center is working and doesn't need an update.


Is there something in the McAfee firewall that needs to be set?

To assist you better, let us know the build of Windows 10 installed in the system.

• Press Windows key + R key, type winver and press
  Enter key. (To check the build number.)

There might be changes in the features of Windows 10 in different builds.

As an initial step of troubleshooting, I suggest you to follow the steps below and run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and select
  Troubleshooting.

  Click on View All, in the left view pane.

  Find and click on Windows Store Apps
  and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

If the issue persist, try downloading the AccuWeather application from the Windows store and check if it helps.

Accuweather not downloading data

My AccuWeather applications has gone bananas. It won't download data. I keeps telling me to enable internet and hit refresh data. All other applications that need internet are working fine. Removed and reinstalled the AccuWeather application but it remains
the same. Did a soft reset too and it's still the same. Is there a way to define how AccuWeather connects to the internet?
