Windows 10: acer aspire 5 after logging in at windows, the screen flashes and goes back to login screen

Hi everybody

for some days, when I login at my Acer aspire 5 via windows login page, the computer logs in, but after few seconds , the screen flashes and goes back to log in screen. I cannot pass through login. Password and PIN are correct the computer logs in for few seconds

any help is appreciated

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

I have Acer Aspire AM3970-UR14P

Windows 10 Home, i5-3450, AMD Radeon 7570, 8g ram

I am seeing screen flashing continuously after login, so I couldn't do anything (can't go to task manager) since the screen is flashing.

And I got this error code

0xc000000d

So I tried safe mode login(basic safe mode and safe mode with network), and screen still flashing after login to safe mode.

Only when I go to safe mode command prompt, there is no screen flashing.

What's the cause for this and how do I repair this issue, thanks!
