Windows 10: Acer B117 shutsdown without warning Please Advise!

Computer shutsdown randomly


this is driving me insane now. pc shutsdown without any warning. need help asap

 

laptop shutsdown without warning even with good battery status when working offline.

I have Asus ZenBook UX21 E. After it was upgraded from Windows 7 to 10, I noticed that the laptop shutsdown without warning while offline even with good battery status. Needless to say, whatever work I'm doing in Word or Powerpoint aren't saved. Malware
test- negative. Antivirus- up to date.
