Windows 10: Acrylic blur broken on Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 15 7000

As in title. In taskbar, it's completely transparent, and my start menu and other apps are now completely opaque as in the screenshot:

Anyone got any ideas/solutions? Tried updating video card drivers, cpu drivers and anything else the dell website recommended. Messed with personalisation settings, no change

Hi after recent update from windows my Dell inspiron 13 7000 Screen blur after laptop goes sleep mode. i need to put hard restart to get everything back in normal. i have updated my display driver nothing happen yet. After the windows update this has happened.

Since, the above steps did not help to fix the issue. Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to go to the below link, download the Synaptics Touchpad driver and install it in compatibility mode.

  Right-click on the Synaptics Touchpad driver setup file and select Properties.
  
• 
  Select Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to contact to the computer manufacturer and check if they have released Synaptics Touchpad driver for Windows 10.

Mark, go to to Dell site and search your model. Then determine what SSDs it supports. I would then shop around to find the best price you can

I found this, but would still check the Dell site too. I tried but it isnt loading for me now.
