Windows 10: action center not working right with push notifications from edge

The site the push notification is for is listed in the allow list in settings, but not showing up in action center settings section. I've tried repairing in app and features already and I've rebooted computer several times today. It's not showing up or working at all. Nothing new shows up for notifications when I get new replies on the site the web notifcations are for. Yes browser is at latest version and yes I clicked repair for the right one according to date.

It occured again. i tried repaired edge option, I tried the restore edge settings option. The web notification isnt appearing in the action center settings. In edge it shows in the allow list, but not showing up in action center settings.

I don't know how it got disabled, but I'm trying to re=add a web notification for a site to the action center. In the notification settings on edge it's under the allow list, but not appearing in the action center settings at all. Do I need to re-instal copiloet in apps and features / desktop? It's windows 10 latest update.

  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.

  Go to system.

  Select notifications and actions.

  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.
