Windows 10: activate windows

hello, i was user windows 7 on my laptop that was original copy windows 7. then i did free update to windows 10 and use it last 3 years. but my laptop was crash on last update from windows. i am trying restore my windows but could not do nothing activate my windows 10 . in that case how do i do for activate my windows 10 or comeback windows 7 ? n:b: i have no backup

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
