Windows 10: Activating my PC

I am having a Microsoft account for long I have a PC where I have Google Chrome as well as Microsoft Edge browsers

For the last two months, my PC is restarting on its own every morning at least two to three times, and after logging in, while i opened Facebook page, again it is restarting or the system hangs up forcing me to restart

Unable to put up any longer, I looked into the sysstem settings, and selected booting up with minimal software needed and restarted

Unfortunately, this choice disabled logging in with my PIN it displays that some error occurred and my PIN was not available, and I was repeatedly asked about my password . It was an old password which I forgot since I never needed it, as I was able to log in with my PIN


Using my android I tried to change the password but the changed password is not accepted, perhaps, as it was not synced


I am not able to log into my PC for the last 5 days

Can anybody help I have a hearing challenge and a mail or chat will be of great help to me

I wish I could hands-on your PC .... it's a bit difficult explaining stuff...

So now I have a clean install and windows is activated, what are my steps to find out why my original windows install wasn’t activated......

I await instructions........

and apart from checking activation, I do everything else as per your suggestions......will in future check validated once a month.......

For verification, now you are saying it isn't activated and Microsoft won't help you?
