Windows 10: Activating Windows 10 again

Hi, recently i changed everything in my pc except ssd with windows. I tried to activate again but when im trying to do it with troubleshooting all I see is "u can't activate windows". I can't activate it by phone neither because there is nothing like that. "slui 4"doesn't open. All the time i have error 0x803FABBA.I checked forums and videos with solutions but none of them helped me. Btw i have a digital product key assigned to my microsoft account. Is there any hope for me ?

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

If you upgraded to Windows 10 for free and ended up in a non-activated state, try following these steps:
