Windows 10: Activating Windows 10 pro using digital license - Issues

I recently bought a brand new PC, and I got windows 10 pro installed (unactivated version) and I was told that I can transfer my digital license 1-time for free. I am struggling to follow the steps, and when I go to activation troubleshooting, it still picks up my old PC. Is there a way around this?

The Windows 10 Pro Pack purchased is registered to your Microsoft Account. You will be able to retrieve the Windows 10 Pro license if you reinstall Windows 10 Home, by running the Activation Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 Pro Digital License Activation Issue

So, I am having an issue activating my new install. First off, this is a new pc. I bought it from CyberPowerPC. It came with no OS per my request. I have 2 other systems, both running 10 Home. I bought this new system to replace my 3rd now dead system
which was running 10 Pro. Anyways, first problem I ran into was when I installed Windows 10 on this system, I didn't get a choice of Home or Pro and it auto-installed Home. I then changed the ei.cfg so I could get the choice of Pro and reinstalled. I installed
Pro. Now, my system will not activate the Pro Digital license no matter what I try.

My 3 systems were early adopters into the Window 10 free upgrade. So, they are all Digital Licensing. I tried going into the store to get the auto-upgrade, but the only option is to purchase a key. How can I activate my system now without purchasing a key?
