Windows 10: Activating Windows 7 on an old PC

Hi,A few months ago I upgraded my PC to give me a more modern machine with a faster processor and more memory. It came with Windows 11 which is serves me well.I am left with an old machine which which still works but is a bit underpowered by modern standards. What I want to do with it is run an old game I that ran fine on Windows 7 but not 10 or 11. The game doesn't need to be connected to the internet so I'm going to leave it off the network. This means I don't need to worry about security or software updates on an unsupported operating system. I've formatted the hard disc, installed Windows

Activating Windows 7

I have a product key for my old Windows 7 and want to upgrade. I cannot find "activate windows now" as listed in step 1 on the instructions Product activation for Windows – online & support telephone numbers - Microsoft Support .

I need to activate this legit product. I used to long time without activating apparently.

How to Rearm and Extend Free Usage (Activation Grace Period) of Windows 7 to 120 Days

‘Rearm’ trick on Windows 7 is done using the similar commands and steps with Windows Vista. Follow these steps to reset and extend activation grace period from 30 days to 120 days in Windows 7:

Type any of the following commands into the command prompt, and then hit Enter:

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
