Windows 10: Activation error, 0xC004C003 and 0x803fa067

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 when it was offered for free a while ago. I installed some new hardware(motherboard and cpu) and now I'm getting asked to active Windows 10. It says error code 0xC004C003 and 0x803fa067 on the activation screen in settings.

• Navigate to Update and Security
• Click on Activation
