Windows 10: Activation for crappy hw

Hello!I have a little chinese PC (CPU:Atom x5-z8350, 2GB RAM, 64GB eMMC).When I bought it, there was Win10, activated. AFAIK this kind of crap does not need to buy license for Win. (There is no space for license fee for example in https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Compute-Computer-Processor-BOXSTK1AW32SC/dp/B01AZC4NHS or similar).

I reinstalled Win10 Home and of course it didn't activate. Is it some kind of special version of Win10 meant to run there?

activation after change hw.

I had a Windows 7 with product key.. Then I updated to Win10, and I suppose that it is OEM. I don't know conditions of update... Anyway, neither key of Win7, naither activation via new HW don't work...

I have an activated version of win10 and had to change the harddrive, now when i reinstall it will not activate. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps with no luck. Re-installing again and praying. The machine shows up on my list of machines
in my microsoft account. What can I do to activate this again??

 

How to factory reset Cisco 1700 Router

Hopefully I can help you here....its a very common thing to happen.


First, I take it you dont know the passwords for console access or telnet/ssh?

I will assume that these devices belong to you.

step 1. Plug a cisco console cable into a serial port on your pc
step 2. Plug other end into Cisco console port
step 3. Using hyperterm or putty or similar connect to the serial port
step 4. boot router, and make sure you clearly can see the output (this confirms you have good serial comms)
step 5. if this fails, adjust the comm port settings (9600, 8,1,n are the default)
step 6. now you have to do the only hard part...send the break command:

Break command list: Break Commands

Go down the list and match your OS and SW and try the sequence suggested.

If this fails several times do what I do: Install putty (free) and then to send a break so you can get into rommom just hit "ctrl-a b".
