Windows 10: Activation of win 10

if someone has two microsoft account and in one of the two accounts, windows is activated with digital licence. then how can he know that which account has digital licence?

Unable to Activate Win 8

I was about to suggest run CMD as Admin and then do a "slmgr -ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" activation...does anyone know if that works with win8?
