Windows 10: Activation Problem 0xc0000022

I bought my laptop a year ago and it came with windows 10 home and office. For past few months I have been getting activate windows message with error code 0xc0000022 every time I try troubleshooting. In setting I can clearly see product ID and Product key, after using third party tools to get product key I tried activating with it and got the same error.

Genuine Windows Activation Problem 0xc0000022

My pre installed windows on asus vivobook s15 x531fl is not activating & whenever I troubleshoot it shows "We can't activate windows in this device right now. You can try activating windows later or go to store to buy genuine windows.(0xc0000022)"

What can I do to solve this problem?

Do you still have the Windows 10 Product key? Let us try to activate your Windows over the phone.

1. Press Windows key + X then click Run, then type: slui.exe 4

2. Next press the 'ENTER' key

3. Select your 'Country' from the list.

4. Choose the 'Phone Activation' option.

Note: You can try doing an in-place upgrade to Windows 10 by installing the Media Creation Tool instead of doing a fresh installation (Method 7).
