Error code 0xC004F012 and 0xc0000022 in activating windows

I am having a problem with reactivating my PC after a recent reset and reinstallation of windows. When I bought this PC it was already activated, meaning it was already pre-activated. This isn't the first time I made a reset in this PC before, the first
time I made a reset it didn't give me the activation error, so it was perfectly fine after the reset, but since it was slowing down again I didn't mind another reset. But this time there is an activation error, I have been doing so much research and online
tech support, but ended up empty handed. I stumbled into another question who had the exact same problem as I am having right now, the Error code 0xC004F012 and 0xc0000022 in activating windows. They ended up not finishing fixing windows and
just gave up. I tried using the exact methods that support had given her but ended up the same, so I tried resetting my PC countless times to the point of it turning back into a calculator." just a hyperbole". And then I notice that I made a change
in my security info since my number was changed, and then whenever I sign in it keeps prompting me with a message
" We know you have been waiting" and said that my security info will update at April 20, 2020. Maybe this message has something to do with my activation errors because nothing seems to be working so far. I just need to find closure in this situation,
so please answer this message if you know anything. Is my Microsoft account or security info?

Windows Activation activation error 0xC004F012

I bought my PC a few years ago with Windows 10 pre-installed. A few months ago after a failed update, I got a notification saying that windows need to be activated. At the same time Microsoft office stopped working. I went into settings and there was the
error code 0xC004F012 and when I run the troubleshooter I get the error code 0xC0000022. I have been waiting for an update for months and I have been unable to get any help from Microsoft since.

 

Activation problem in Windows 10 : (null) Error Code:0xC004F012

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 Home ( licensed copy came preloaded in Sony VAIO) to Windows 10 Home (1511) and getting error code:0xC004F012 during activation process.

I had two long sessions with MS tech support team to resolve the issue and they took control of my laptop and attempted to resolve the problem but still I am not able to activate Windows 10. During second session MS tech support suggested me to download
Windows 10 again from MS site and reinstall again but still the activation problem exist.

When I use "Change Product Key " option and enter my Windows 7 key, it gives me another Error Code:0x80070241 and do not allow to complete the activation process.

Also I assume that Windows 7 Home installed earlier in my laptop was activated copy as I was getting all the updates from Microsoft site on regular basis.

Can you guys help ?
