Windows 10: Activation windows 10

Bonjour suite au remplacement de mon disque dur, je souhaite reinstaller windows 10 à l'aide de mon cd rom d'instalation et ma clé de license fournie avec. Le probleme windows me dit qu'il n'ont pas pu installer verifier votre media i'instalation et quand j'ignore l'etape où il faut entrer la clé celui ci me dit pas de license trouvait... Qelque chose dans ce genre. Donc j'ai une license un cd dinstalation.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
