Windows 10: Activation

For the past three weeks I have been trying to solve this issue on my own. One day, all of a sudden, "Activate Windows Go to Settings to Activate Windows" shows up. Then, sometimes it disappears, yet reappears again. I have tried searching and tried several different problem solving suggestions. I have had no luck. I have spent time online with HP to try and get this fixed. At the time, I wasn't sure where I should have tried to seek help. They ended up telling me to just do an entire reset. This didn't work. I have been online with microsoft several times. I thought we had the solution at one point because it went away for about a week. It came back. I bought my computer about three months ago brand new. Windows 10 home addition. I have not signed up for Windows Creators Program. My computer came with Windows 10 home. I have read dozens of other posts with similar issues. The error number I am getting is 0xc0020036. For the love of God, how do I fix this?

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
