Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered. Catastrophic failure

My Windows Store is gone missing.

I tried entering this code in power shell:

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml';Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Manifest

And it returned with an error:

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.

error 0x8000FFFF: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.visualElements

extension due to the following error: Catastrophic failure

After trying almost very fix online for the Windows 10 Store.. I have not found a solution.

The last solution I have tried is the reinstall-preinstalled zip folder. I get the Add-apppackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6.

Thats just the first line but all the other lines are the same for each error.
