Windows 10: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be...

I was unable to download apps or install updates from the store so I tired to repair the app data and that didn't work. I then tried the reset app option and that also did not work and now I cannot open the Microsoft store.I tried to reinstall the store via PowerShell and had this error message

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered. Catastrophic failure

My Windows Store is gone missing.

I tried entering this code in power shell:

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml';Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Manifest

And it returned with an error:

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.

error 0x8000FFFF: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.visualElements

my start menu and cortana are not working and whenever I try to run this command on Powershell : $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage
-DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

or this one :

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

I get this error Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.

error 0x80070002: Windows cannot register the package because of an internal error or low memory.

 

I get the Add-apppackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6 Windows Store
