I tried to reinstall Microsoft Store using powershell but I got this error :

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF9, Install failed. Please contact your software vendor. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80073CF9)

PS: I cannot find Microsoft Store in Apps & Features.

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Remove-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF1, Package was not found.
Windows cannot remove Microsoft.3DBuilder_10.0.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe because the current user does not have that
package installed. Use Get-AppxPackage to see the list of packages installed.
yea its saying it can't find the package here is the output from getxapp package

My Windows Store is gone missing.

I tried entering this code in power shell:

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml';Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Manifest

And it returned with an error:
