Windows 10: "Add Bluetooth or Other Device" button not working anymore

Bluetooth worked fine forever. Have been pairing my PS4 controller lately to play Breath of the Wild on CEMU. Now, randomly, I was going to repair it after pairing the controller back to my PS4. Nope. Doesn't work anymore. The button literally does nothing. Other BT devices still work. My BT is on and works, but the button to add new devices does nothing. At all.



I've tried reinstalling the BT, I've updated the drivers, I've restarted the services... I'm out of options. Any ideas?

Add a bluetooth or other device button not working

When I click on the add a bluetooth or other device button, nothing shows up, there was another thread with the same question I have, but nothing was helpful there, the advisors just repeated how to fix issues where bluetooth cant connect with devices
and driver issues, bluetooth was working fine for me until 1 week ago where the "Add bluetooth or other device" just randomly stopped working.

As I've already stated my Bluetooth works fine. I am on able to add new Bluetooth devices. When you clicked on the button at the top of Bluetooth settings to add Bluetooth or other device. That pop-up window doesn't open. Services are turned on. Latest
drivers are installed. Bluetooth troubleshooter says everything's okay. But it's not. Try to just reinstall Windows on a different drive. But the latest version along with AMD drivers cause the mouse to become very jumpy and other strange window behaviors.
Ran diagnostics everything A-OK. I just need to know the command prompt to open that window to add Bluetooth device.

I don't have issues with bluetooth not connecting to devices, my problem is that I cannot open the window where I can connect devices, when I press the " Add Bluetooth or other device " button, it doesn't do anything, usually it opens up a window and I
can connect my device, but for some reason it doesnt do anything, the button is useless, so is there any way I can fix the button or connect devices in another way instead of the Bluetooth & other device's setting.
