Windows 10: Add push / web notifications from edge to action center

I don't know how it got disabled, but I'm trying to re=add a web notification for a site to the action center. In the notification settings on edge it's under the allow list, but not appearing in the action center settings at all. Do I need to re-instal copiloet in apps and features / desktop? It's windows 10 latest update.

  Do you want to stop notifications only from Defender or stop all action center notifications?
  

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

No Notifications in Action Center Except Push Notifications From Apps Such As Facebook, etc.

Hi! I need help because I think there's a bug in my Action Center. There are push notifications, but the notifications themselves don't show in the Action Center. Also, even if I turn on quiet hours, the push notifications are still enabled and they still
don't show up in the Action Center. I am using a Lenovo ideapad 320 with a Windows 10 Home Single Language and an Intel Celeron Processor. Please help because it's a bit inconvenient when I can't see my notifications well...
