    I used Win+X button & in the current version of Windows 10 it has only Windows Powershell (Admin) option. This leads to same Command Line prompt as "Elevated Command Prompt". So I fail yo understand where I erred.

    Type CMD in the search bar, right click on the entry and select run as administrator.

    I now used Settings> Update & Security>Recovery>Advanced Start Up>Troubleshoot>Advanced Options> Command Prompt (Admin) to reach "Elevated Command Prompt". Again Tried Option One & got the same Error Message. I am unable to post a Screen Shot , as I could not manage one with Windows Snipping Tool, which was not available on Screen. Only the Top Strip showed that I am using "Elevated Command Prompt" and NOT "Windows Powershell(Admin)".

    Thanks Brink, the problem has been sorted out after I changed the Taskbar Personalization suggested by you to include Command Prompt(Admin) instead of Windows Power Shell(Admin).

    I really do not know how to tell you how much these tips have assisted me with all of the messes I've been able to get into with my builds.
    Thank you Shawn for taking the time to do this for all the folks like me that tinker with codes and puters and sometimes mess them up far beyond they are supposed to be.
