Windows 10: Adding user

Hey, i cant figure out how to add a user while not being signed in, there is an acount but its not mine and dont have the password for it. Is there a way to add a user in lockscreen?

Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
