    I recently updated my windows 10 to version 1903.

    Its show additional update available (KB4497935)

    Although newer update have been installed already.

    So should I download and install the available (KB4497935) ?

    Whether it is safe to do so.......

    Recovered with external boot media and restore point. Update history shows 0x80242016 error for KB4497935 install attempt..
