Windows 10: adjust brightness is missing

brightness bar is missing, on display setting or anywhere, I tried to update or reinstall in device manager, for monitor or display setting but still not working.try on command prompt for clean still not working.even with my keyboard still not working.

• Were you able to see any error message/ error code with this issue?
• Have you tried to install all the pending updates for drivers and Windows Updates on your device?

This issue might have happened due to corrupted/ outdated drivers.

Adjust brightness settings in Windows 10

• In the make sure that the Brightness is ON.

Brightness adjuster missing!

The brightness adjuster is SERIOUSLY missing since I upgraded to Windows 10 on 5th August! Only except the mobility centre, which doesn't work and the brightness is currently set to full, draining power very fast! I don't like very bright display hence
my laptop display is always at low. The Brightness Adjuster seek is not available- in the power options or the bottom of action centre or anywhere!!! Even I have turned off the adaptive brightness. Still nothing is working. I cant reduce the brightness. Please
