Windows 10: adm.cmd.prmpt

Hey, it may sound slightly overbearing but I would like more commands executed under an Administers command prompts (even something so simple such as cut and copy). Is there a keyboard shortcut or command prompt I can use to easily do this

I've tried several work arounds but cannot gain adm rights in windows 10.
