    Admin approval mode


    I turned off "Run all administrators in Admin approval mode" in local security policy and some apps seem no longer ask for admin rights whenever I launch them. But does that mean they don't have admin rights or they simply use it without noticing?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Disable Admin Approval Mode for Windows 10 Home Edition

    Hi anyone know how I can disable Admin Approval Mode for Windows 10 Home Edition?
    It seems that Home Edition is missing some tools such as the local security policy editor. Do I have to hack the registry somewhere instead?
