    Admin privileges

So I recently transferred windows over to a new m.2 drive which I got got Christmas. But when I was trying to make the account passwordsless, I used the command netplwiz to make it passwordless because that's what I found online, but while doing that I decided to change the setting next to my user, I changed it from Administrator to device owner because I thought it was higher, but when I logged on today, I saw that there was sign in options for the same account and I no longer had admin permission. I went online to find an answer but all the answers I found the required to access usser account control or netplwiz which I can not access. When the admin notice comes up on my screen it does not come up with a yes option, it only gives an option for no. Does anyone know how I can fix this, btw I'm not that good when it comes to pc stuff but I really just want to play games.

    :)

    Need help with Admin privileges

That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up
