Windows 10: Admin side freezes on startup and WinRE doesn't have all troubleshoot options. HELP!

I have a windows 11 PC with three users. My side admin, then two for my children. When logging into my side, it freezes after about 30 seconds to a minute and can only be shut down by holding the power button. However, on the two other user sides it is completely fine, able to run demanding games with no issue at all.When in safe mode the admin side loads fine too.I then tried to access the WinRE to roll back the last windows update, but not all of the options are available. Please could someone advise me on what to do? I desperately need my PC to do work.Thanks

using AtiTool in xp home @ startup

I can`t use AtiTool-settings under XP Home Edition @ startup. Only on an admin-account it works :/. Is there a possibility to make it run under every other account? (to copy the autorun entry in the autorun list of an user doesn`t work)

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.
