Windows 10: Admin Window Stuck on Top

Hey guys, I've searched this subreddit and didn't see anything exactly the same. If I missed it, please link me.

Whenever I have a window open that requires administrator privileges, I can't select another window by clicking on it. I can still alt+tab to those windows, they just don't respond to mouse-over/clicks until I switch to them.

It's not a huge problem, but it is pretty annoying. I was wondering if anyone had this issue before?

Edit: I realized I should probably specify just in case, but this IS regarding Windows 10 specifically.

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I would suggest you to go to control panel and check your user account status. Right click on the start button and select control panel in the menu. In the control panel, click on the 'view by' option in the top right and select 'large icons'. Now, click
on 'User accounts' and check if your account is listed as Administrator. If it is not displayed as Admin account, click on the option 'Change user account type' and select 'Administrator' and apply changes. Try these steps and let us know the results. If you
