    I set myelf up as admin on my sons laptop he is nor user, however the Microsoft email I set up is incorrect an is used by another, I now cannot change or enter the password as it is not mine and the recovery is to number I don't own, Therfore I connot make any changes

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.
