Administrative privileges changed after i removed hard drive

I needed to move some big files to other computer, so i removed my drive and connected it through sata.

As i was trying to access my main folder on the removed drive in C:\Users\Lenovo access denied message popt up and i needed to open it as administrator. Then it was loading for about an hour and nothing has hapened just white screen and green loading bar at the top. Proces called Com Surrogate had really high CPU and disk usage the whole time.

I stoped the loading, removed disk and put it back to my laptop.

The problem i now have is that most of my files, programs and system functions cant be accesed/started without runing it as administrator. It even affected action center and windows start menu, it just doesnt show up.

I tried fixing corupted files and i reistalled windows but nothing helps. What should i do?

    :)
