Windows 10: administrator privelege

On Windows 10, my account says administrator but when I enter command mode and try to do something it says I need administrator privileges.

Administrator privelege lost

I seem to have lost administrator priveleges on my standalone computer. I have only the 1 user account and cannot perform any function. Is there a fix to regain administrator rights as I cannot even reset without these rights?

Thank you but this did not seem to work. However we had a tech guy come in who could get into the roots and create a "ghost" administrator and then click on our administrator priveleges and then remove the ghost and get out. If that makes sense. We
are now up and going. Thanks again!

It seems that your PC system administrator is in hidden status. In order for us to assist you, please follow the steps below:

• Press the Start button.
• Type Command prompt in the search bar.
• Right click the Command prompt in the search list and click
  Run as Administrator.
• Type net user administrator /active:yes, then type Enter.
• Put the net user administrator (Password), press
  Enter.

Please replace the (Password) tag with your password which you want to set to administrator account.
