    Adobe Acrobat DC keeps crashing


    Hello,

    I thought I would post this here and see if anybody might have some Ideas. I have a user that is testing out windows 10 and Acrobat DC keeps crashing when saving a.pdf. Tried different .pdf's same result. I have UN-installed dc and re-installed it and still same problem. I don't think this is a problem with Windows 10 as I have had this issue before in windows 7 as well. The only resolution so far is to put Acrobat 11 pro back on. Unfortunately our Manager want us to move toward DC. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    How can I get Cortana to distiguish between similarly named apps?

    Unfortunately, I don't have Reader installed, it is the full professional version, and when I use the complete file name, "Adobe Acrobat DC" Cortana keeps trying to open this other program "Adobe Acrobat Distiller DC".

    ... Maybe I could try "Acrobat DC". I'll see if that works when I get home tonight.

    Adobe Acrobat DC keeps crashing

    Update Adobe Acrobat DC, and uninstall any antiviruses (just to make sure they aren't the problem).

    Or uninstall Adobe Acrobat DC using Revo Uninstaller free to remove all of the leftovers, then reinstall.

    can also try running the program as administrator.

    I recommend PDF X-Change Viewer. It's lightweight and very nice.

    There are also other options: Foxit Reader, Sumatra, etc...

    Thank you for the suggestions everyone I will give them a try. Unfortunately we can't switch to another program as management wants to keep DC as we have a site license.
