Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0

Hello, I recently updated my computer to Windows 10. Before I had Windows 10, I had Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 and it was working fine. However, after I had installed Windows 10, I could not open it and this message came up. "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0\Photoshop Elements 7.0.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" I did not type anything in to go on Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0, it is a shortcut on my desktop and always has been. Please someone
help, I really need Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 for my work. Is it that Adobe Photoshop elements 7.0 is not applicable on Windows 10 or has something just gone wrong because nothing else is not working.

 

Solution Needed for Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Crashing Upon Startup

1. Before upgrading to Windows 10 a few months ago, I verified my applications were compatible with Windows 10.

2. After upgrading to Windows 10, both the Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Organizer and Photo Editor worked.

3. Today, the Photoshop Elements 11 Photo Editor works, but the Photoshop Elements 11 Organizer stops working immediately after opening. A window pops up that says, "Elements 11 Organizer has stopped working".

I have not yet uninstalled and reinstalled the organizer to see if that solves the problem. I am fearful of that potentially losing my database for near 10,000 photos. So far, the only suggestion from Windows is that there is a paid upgrade available for
Photoshop Elements.

4. Is there a solution other than upgrading software that I do not need upgraded for functional reasons?

5. Why does Microsoft start out with an operating system that supports existing customer applications, then after users upgrade Microsoft makes updates that render user application useless?

The question in item number 4 is the most important. The Question in 5 is more of general interest question.
